Heather, formerly with various management companies brings over 15 years of project, financial, event and relationship management experience to the team. 

At DFMi, Heather oversees the day-to-day operations of the company while managing business development; supplier relations, sales support, new account set-up, product management and implementation through the operations team. Heather resides in Atlanta and has 3 kids.

Industry Passion: I love food! So finding unique, creative and delectable food items to propose to the airlines, but most importantly, at the right price (since I’m also a traveler and will likely be on the purchasing side as well).

While Flying: A glass of wine, a snack, and a good book, perhaps followed by a snooze.

Favorite Destination: “Too many destinations, too little time” is my motto. I like to experience new destinations that I haven’t yet traveled, especially if my kids are along for the journey and we experience it together! There are few places I’ve visited more than once as a vacation spot.
