Heather is widely known in the industry for her work at LSG Sky Chefs as former Procurement Manager, Airlines and Senior Materials Analyst for over 10 years.  Working closely with airlines from around the world and their Chefs, Heather’s experience in supply chain management and food sourcing and sales has greatly enhanced the DFMi network.

At DFMi,  Heather works closely with airline Executive Menu Development Chefs and procurement departments to provide products that best fit the needs of the customer.  As new product development opportunities arise, she works closely with customers and vendors to find products that meet their needs.  Heather and her husband live in Fort Worth, TX with their 2 Mini Pinchers.
